Spectators: 6783 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1783, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Trefor Ledger took the kick off in the first half of the match. Trefor Ledger scored 0-1 in the 4th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Maelwys Gee, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Trefor Ledger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Trefor Ledger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Brastias Berry came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Llangollen FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Brastias Berry couldn't finish the play. When Llangollen FC's Drwst Keary in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Llandudno Utd's goalie prevented a goal. Llangollen FC's Maelwys Gee played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arian Leaper in the 40th minute of play. 45 minutes into the game, Llandudno Utd's Trefor Ledger nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Maelwys Gee made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. The Llangollen FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Llandudno Utd were winning 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Drwst Keary made a kick off. In the 53rd minute Brastias Berry shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilbert Lay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 55th minute, Kevyn Fletcher hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Llandudno Utd booed when Llangollen FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brys Hubert didn't get a good kick on the ball. Llandudno Utd:s Gilbert Lay showed great skill when he stopped Mil Foody:s penalty. When Llangollen FC's Brastias Berry in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 88th minute Brastias Berry shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilbert Lay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 90 minutes into the game, one of Llandudno Utd:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Llangollen FC a penalty, 92 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Mil Foody, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Llandudno Utd's Gilbert Lay. 1-3. Brastias Berry might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gilbert Lay. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Brastias Berry ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 96th minute, Drwst Keary left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Llangollen FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. Drwst Keary's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gilbert Lay read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 101st minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Llandudno Utd eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
