Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 13th minute, Peissawg Lovat made a precise shot to the right of Goreu Mintmaster. UWA Barry's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Dirmyg Kilkenny kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Goreu Mintmaster took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clyde Correll, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bleddyn Knight kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. When Peissawg Lovat came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Cardigan fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Peissawg Lovat couldn't finish the play. 23 minutes into the game, Peissawg Lovat cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Goreu Mintmaster was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Barri Harley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Garwyli Felt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peissawg Lovat in the 33rd minute of play forced UWA Barry's goalkeeper Goreu Mintmaster to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pellyn Elias in the 35thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Garwyli Felt, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 38 minutes into the game, Caradawg Dungan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. UWA Barry's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cardigan the free kick. Clyde Correll received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Goreu Mintmaster tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 46 minutes into the match, Cardigan's goalkeeper Garwyli Felt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pellyn Elias. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Peissawg Lovat made a kick off. If Peissawg Lovat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 53rd minute, Bleddyn Knight hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gawain Felix sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Barri Harley in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Garwyli Felt saved Cardigan from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peissawg Lovat in the 66th minute of play forced UWA Barry's goalkeeper Goreu Mintmaster to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bors Keefe's late challenge caught a Cardigan's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bors Keefe helped the player get up and apologised. Bors Keefe hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Clyde Correll sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cardigan's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
