After some careless play in the Llanberis defense, Elphin Attwood kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Padrig Bluestocking. The Llanberis fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Padrig Bluestocking should have stopped the shot. 11 minutes into the match, WALES National Team's goal looked a bit too open when Trefor Ackerman came free, but Inek Hernon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Elphin Attwood sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elphin Attwood in the 14th minute of play forced Llanberis's goalkeeper Padrig Bluestocking to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Trefor Ackerman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 25th minute, Pyrs Augustin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Trefor Ackerman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Inek Hernon having to make a save. When Trent Antley fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored WALES National Team's protests and gave Trent Antley a yellow card for diving instead. After 32 played minutes WALES National Team got a freekick which was hit by Trent Antley. When Drudwas Drury fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored WALES National Team's protests and gave Drudwas Drury a yellow card for diving instead. Drudwas Drury kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. In the 37th minute, Anwell Godwin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to WALES National Team getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Drudwas Drury hit a great ball. If Anwell Godwin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anwell Godwin got free with Inek Hernon in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Neued Blackadder was the one to do the kick off. When Trefor Ackerman came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Llanberis fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Trefor Ackerman couldn't finish the play. When Trent Antley was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 57 minutes had been played. Trefor Ackerman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Inek Hernon having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pyrs Augustin during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Pyrs Augustin hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Brad Greene shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Pyrs Augustin got his second yellow card in the match during the 71st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Brad Greene, 73 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Trahern Finkley charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Trahern Finkley the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 76 played minutes WALES National Team got a freekick which was hit by Trahern Finkley. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anwell Godwin in the 77th minute of play forced WALES National Team's goalkeeper Inek Hernon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anwell Godwin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Inek Hernon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. Trefor Ackerman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Inek Hernon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Inek Hernon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anwell Godwin's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. After having played for 86 minutes, Anwell Godwin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Llanberis's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anwell Godwin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Trefor Ackerman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Inek Hernon having to make a save. After 88 played minutes WALES National Team got a freekick which was hit by Elphin Attwood. Anwell Godwin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Inek Hernon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. WALES National Team were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Llanberis's much stronger midfield.
