Gwevyl Kavanagh showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pellyn Elias in the 7th minute of the match. After having played for 12 minutes, Kenyon Howe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Llangollen Utd's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kenyon Howe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After having played for 22 minutes, Barri Harley managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Barri Harley stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kenyon Howe in the 52nd minute of play forced UWA Barry's goalkeeper Goreu Mintmaster to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Kenyon Howe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 56 minutes into the match, UWA Barry's goal looked a bit too open when Robat Herne came free, but Goreu Mintmaster reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 56 played minutes UWA Barry got a freekick which was hit by Gawain Felix. If Kenyon Howe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 63 minutes into the match, Llangollen Utd's Robat Herne sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Goreu Mintmaster narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gwevyl Kavanagh showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Barri Harley, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 65th minute of the game. One of UWA Barry:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Llangollen Utd:s goal. Pellyn Elias's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 70thth minute, Gwevyl Kavanagh skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Barri Harley recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Llangollen Utd getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Bogart Carr hit a great ball. In the 77th minute, Bors Keefe sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Llangollen Utd's Gwevyl Kavanagh didn't even have to move. 79 minutes into the match, Llangollen Utd's goal looked a bit too open when Barri Harley came free, but Gwevyl Kavanagh reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Goreu Mintmaster made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kenyon Howe in the 81st minute of play. In the 82nd minute Barri Harley shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gwevyl Kavanagh saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pellyn Elias's late challenge caught a Llangollen Utd's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pellyn Elias helped the player get up and apologised. After 94 played minutes UWA Barry got a freekick which was hit by Pellyn Elias. After 98 minutes of play, Llangollen Utd's Kenyon Howe made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Goreu Mintmaster was left in no man's land by his defense there! Llangollen Utd were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of UWA Barry for a fine match.
