If Pellyn Elias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elphin Attwood's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Goreu Mintmaster read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. If Trahern Finkley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Inek Hernon managed to avoid a goal in the 22ndth minute, when UWA Barry's Pellyn Elias fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Barri Harley sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 30 minutes into the match, UWA Barry's goal looked a bit too open when Neued Blackadder came free, but Goreu Mintmaster reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30th match minute, UWA Barry was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bleddyn Knight to maneuver through the defense. If Neued Blackadder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pellyn Elias might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Inek Hernon. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

After having played for 72 minutes, Pellyn Elias managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. UWA Barry's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pellyn Elias was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 79th minute of the match, Neued Blackadder tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Goreu Mintmaster saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Goreu Mintmaster showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Neued Blackadder in the 85th minute of the match. In the 86th minute, Elphin Attwood got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 91st minute, Barri Harley ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Inek Hernon was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Inek Hernon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Barri Harley went, in the 98th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. UWA Barry walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
