The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of WALES National Team booed when Llanberis was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bedyw Ferriter didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Llanberis's Trefor Ackerman in the 4th minute got a chance for a shot 4th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye WALES National Team's goalie prevented a goal. 6 minutes into the match, Anwell Godwin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Inek Hernon. WALES National Team's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Anwell Godwin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 10th minute, one of WALES National Team:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for WALES National Team. The referee gave Llanberis a penalty, 11 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Brad Greene, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of WALES National Team's Inek Hernon. 0-2. Anwell Godwin struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Inek Hernon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Llanberis. An unexpectedly hard shot by Trefor Ackerman in the 18th minute of play forced WALES National Team's goalkeeper Inek Hernon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anwell Godwin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Inek Hernon having to make a save. Inek Hernon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anwell Godwin's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Anwell Godwin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Inek Hernon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half Llanberis were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 54th minute Trefor Ackerman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Inek Hernon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 55th minute Elphin Attwood shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Padrig Bluestocking saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elphin Attwood sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Padrig Bluestocking showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Neued Blackadder, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Inek Hernon was out of position in the 69 minute of play, and Anwell Godwin capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Anwell Godwin really showed his touch with that goal: 2-3. In the 75th minute of the match, Trefor Ackerman tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Inek Hernon saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Gwallter Karton received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Inek Hernon came out and tried to block the shot, but Gwallter Karton slotted it home off the left post making it 2-4 in the 82nd minute. Neued Blackadder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Padrig Bluestocking having to interfere.
