UWA Cardigan's Ol Bellew proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save UWA Cardigan from getting a goal against them. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Howell Costello stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 71 played minutes UWA Cardigan got a freekick which was hit by Howell Hooley. Amerawdwr Case received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Nissyen Boniface tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 90 minutes into the match, Llandudno's goal looked a bit too open when Amerawdwr Case came free, but Nissyen Boniface reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nissyen Boniface didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when UWA Cardigan's Amerawdwr Case shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-1 in the ordered_time% minute. UWA Cardigan's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Llandudno had won, even though UWA Cardigan had held more of the ball.
