Spectators: 6780 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1780, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Sayer Loane took the kick off in the first half of the match. Dyvyr Factor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Maelwys Burgonmaster tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 5th minute Gruddyeu Ing shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maelwys Burgonmaster saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dyvyr Factor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maelwys Burgonmaster having to interfere. UWA Newtown's Maelwys Burgonmaster played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gruddyeu Ing in the 21st minute of play. Dyvyr Factor came free with the goalkeeper in the 22nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Maelwys Burgonmaster could save by the left post. Maelwys Burgonmaster showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gruddyeu Ing in the 23rd minute of the match. 25 minutes in the game, Dyvyr Factor dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Anwas Foster took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tringad Durling, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 29thth minute of the game Sayer Loane who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but UWA Carmarthen's Anwas Foster was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dyvyr Factor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Maelwys Burgonmaster tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tringad Durling fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anwas Foster having to interfere. Anwas Foster showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tringad Durling in the 40th minute of the match. In the 44th match minute, UWA Carmarthen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yestin Keep to maneuver through the defense. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Gruddyeu Ing made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Gruddyeu Ing got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gruddyeu Ing's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Maelwys Burgonmaster read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. After 63 minutes, Galahad Inge mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the UWA Newtown and the UWA Carmarthen players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 64th match minute, UWA Newtown was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Galahad Inge to maneuver through the defense. UWA Carmarthen's Anwas Foster proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save UWA Carmarthen from getting a goal against them. Anwas Foster didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tringad Durling went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sayer Loane in the 81st minute of play forced UWA Carmarthen's goalkeeper Anwas Foster to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, UWA Carmarthen's Anwas Foster got control of the ball when Tringad Durling tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Sayer Loane had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anwas Foster took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sayer Loane, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tringad Durling recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
