Spectators: 6787 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1787, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Caddoc Gillespie kicked off to start the match. The supporters of UWA Swansea booed when Barmouth Utd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tarrant Bushfield didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tomos Forsyth received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Madawg Bateson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mordwywr Costello's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Madawg Bateson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. After 25 minutes of play, Barmouth Utd's Bercelak Lamerton made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Anyon Covell was left in no man's land by his defense there! 34 minutes into the match, UWA Swansea's goalkeeper Anyon Covell had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bercelak Lamerton. Tomos Forsyth received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Madawg Bateson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Madawg Bateson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mordwywr Costello, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in UWA Swansea's zone, Caddoc Gillespie stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anyon Covell came out of the goal and Caddoc Gillespie tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Madawg Bateson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomos Forsyth, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Mordwywr Costello recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

If Tomos Forsyth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Madawg Bateson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mordwywr Costello in the 60th minute of play. Caddoc Gillespie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bercelak Lamerton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Anyon Covell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 66 minutes into the match, Mordwywr Costello notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Barmouth Utd's Madawg Bateson. Madawg Bateson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Tomos Forsyth managed to get in a good position for a shot. UWA Swansea's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomos Forsyth was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Madawg Bateson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind Barmouth Utd's goalkeeper Madawg Bateson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Anyon Covell came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Barmouth Utd's Caddoc Gillespie. But to his dismay, Caddoc Gillespie quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Bercelak Lamerton took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anyon Covell. Anyon Covell dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Tomos Forsyth managed to get in a good position for a shot. UWA Swansea's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomos Forsyth was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Madawg Bateson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 87 minutes of play, UWA Swansea's Tomos Forsyth made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Madawg Bateson was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Caddoc Gillespie in the 92nd minute of play forced UWA Swansea's goalkeeper Anyon Covell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. UWA Swansea's Anyon Covell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Caddoc Gillespie in the 94th minute of play. Barmouth Utd were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of UWA Swansea for a fine match.
