A very good chance. 25 minutes into the match, Drych Foley notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Penarth's Howell Folds. Howell Folds was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Howell Folds showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Drych Foley in the 31st minute of the match. 35 minutes into the match, Bwlch Inger dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Edmyg Gill, 1-1. Urien Barnett sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Braen Davis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Howell Folds tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
The wind increased when Bwlch Inger made the kick off in the second half. Drych Foley hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Penarth's Howell Folds got control of the ball when Wadu Langley tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 61st minute, Drych Foley got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Urien Barnett sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Chepstow 's Braen Davis got a free kick in the 65th minute. Edmyg Gill came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Penarth's Bwlch Inger. But to his dismay, Bwlch Inger quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Bwlch Inger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Edmyg Gill tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Urien Barnett had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 80 minutes into the game, Celyn Eccles was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Penarth's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chepstow the free kick. Celyn Eccles hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Howell Folds made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wadu Langley in the 85th minute. In the 86th minute, Drych Foley got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Penarth's Howell Folds got control of the ball when Wadu Langley tried to sneak it across the goal line. Wadu Langley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Howell Folds having to interfere. Howell Folds showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Drych Foley in the 96th minute of the match. Penarth were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Chepstow for a fine match.
