Spectators: 6785 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1785, VIP seats: 0) UWA Bridgend's Casnar Ingersoll started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Gwawl Graham blasted a shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Caradawg Gilboy having to make a save. UWA Bridgend's Maelwys Greener got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to UWA Bridgend getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Pellyn Bradshaw hit a great ball. In the 15th minute, Casnar Ingersoll got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Owein Kane had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bradwen Burchett took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Casnar Ingersoll, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Casnar Ingersoll received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Bradwen Burchett tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 27 played minutes Flint got a freekick which was hit by Robat Folds. In the 29th minute, Maelwys Greener got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 29th minute, Morvran Wheelwright hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 32nd minute, Maelwys Greener left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The UWA Bridgend fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The supporters of UWA Bridgend booed when Flint was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Llwyr Chandler didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hafgan Kearney during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 37th minute, one of Flint:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Flint. In the 39th minute there was a penalty for UWA Bridgend. Dyvyr Chaney stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Bradwen Burchett. 0-2. Owein Kane fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Caradawg Gilboy having to interfere. Bradwen Burchett showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Casnar Ingersoll in the 49th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

After 55 minutes, Siam Julien mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Flint and the UWA Bridgend players grew even worse after the yellow card. Gwawl Graham took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Caradawg Gilboy. Caradawg Gilboy dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. When Selwyn Clements fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored UWA Bridgend's protests and gave Selwyn Clements a yellow card for diving instead. Selwyn Clements hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, UWA Bridgend's Davis Gore got a free kick in the 64th minute. Caradawg Gilboy stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gwawl Graham's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. Casnar Ingersoll recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Maelwys Greener might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bradwen Burchett. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Maelwys Greener ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 73rdth minute of the game Casnar Ingersoll who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Flint's Bradwen Burchett was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The UWA Bridgend fans' excitement grew in the 73rd match minute when UWA Bridgend's Casnar Ingersoll looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Selwyn Clements might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bradwen Burchett. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Selwyn Clements ran back to his position shaking his head. Caradawg Gilboy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gwawl Graham in the 82nd minute of play. When the match clock showed 84 minutes, the score became 2-3 when Owein Kane sped through UWA Bridgend's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Caradawg Gilboy. 88 minutes into the match, UWA Bridgend's goal looked a bit too open when Owein Kane came free, but Caradawg Gilboy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 91st minute, Morvran Wheelwright hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Owein Kane received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Caradawg Gilboy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. UWA Bridgend had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
