Spectators: 7763 (Terracing: 5865, Seating: 1798, VIP seats: 100) When Padrig Potter got free in front of the goal in the 3rd minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Drych Doran was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. 7 minutes into the game, Puddlemere United's Padrig Potter nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Drych Doran made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. A collision led to Puddlemere United getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Jones Farran hit a great ball. In the 20th match minute, Bridgend was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dilwyn Gilboy to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Padrig Grantham got free with Drych Doran in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Padrig Potter came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Puddlemere United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Padrig Potter couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Bridgend's zone, Padrig Potter stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Drych Doran came out of the goal and Padrig Potter tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Padrig Grantham struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Drych Doran didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Puddlemere United. With a little luck, Bridgend's Drych Doran got control of the ball when Padrig Potter tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dilwyn Gilboy hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Padrig Potter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jones Farran got free with Drych Doran in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ren Fox made a kick off. Drych Doran showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Padrig Potter, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Drych Doran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Padrig Potter in the 53rd minute of the match. A collision led to Puddlemere United getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Caerwyn Kean hit a great ball. After 69 played minutes Bridgend got a freekick which was hit by Heulyn Abdelmaseh. Ren Fox recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Bridgend booed when Puddlemere United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jones Farran didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Puddlemere United getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Jones Farran hit a great ball. With an all-out effort, Bridgend's Gethin Bonham threw himself towards the right post 77 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ren Fox, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Griffith Jones's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Gethin Bonham firmly grabbed it by the left post. After having played for 82 minutes, Padrig Potter managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Puddlemere United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Padrig Potter was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Awstin Dowdall sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Padrig Potter took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Drych Doran. Drych Doran dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Drych Doran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Padrig Potter in the 89th minute of play. In the 90thth minute of the game Padrig Potter who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bridgend's Drych Doran was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 94th minute, Caerwyn Kean hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee ended the match the Puddlemere United players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
