Edmyg Harvey tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Cadwgawn Connery had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Penn Hastings received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Gowerr Kern tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Porthcawl FC booed when Research Wales Laboraotry was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Reese Bradshaw didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ceithin Knox, 41 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Cadwr Grim kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cadwgawn Connery to strike the kick off in the second half. Huw Bligh sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Porthcawl FC's Gowerr Kern proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Porthcawl FC from getting a goal against them. After 68 minutes, Ffodor Saddler mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Porthcawl FC and the Research Wales Laboraotry players grew even worse after the yellow card. Cadwgawn Connery fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gowerr Kern having to interfere. 76 minutes into the match, Porthcawl FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cadwgawn Connery came free, but Gowerr Kern reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Huw Bligh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lavaine Bergin struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Edmyg Harvey didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Porthcawl FC. After having played for 94 minutes, Lavaine Bergin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Porthcawl FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lavaine Bergin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee ended the match the Porthcawl FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
