Spectators: 6792 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1792, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Huw Bligh got the match started through his kick off. 5 minutes into the match, Aberystwyth's goal looked a bit too open when Huw Bligh came free, but Davis Blackadder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Porthcawl FC getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Yestin Huckster hit a great ball. When Aberystwyth's Rhys Doyle, in the 9th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Aberystwyth. Maxen Bethel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gowerr Kern having to interfere. After 15 played minutes Porthcawl FC got a freekick which was hit by Kenyon Leslie. Lavaine Bergin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Davis Blackadder made a huge save. 23 minutes into the match, Dywel Higgler notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Porthcawl FC's Gowerr Kern. Gowerr Kern was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Aberystwyth booed when Porthcawl FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yestin Huckster didn't get a good kick on the ball. Garselid Greenham, 33 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Lavaine Bergin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Davis Blackadder tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Huw Bligh recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 41 minutes into the match, Porthcawl FC's Lavaine Bergin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Davis Blackadder narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 43rd minute Rhys Doyle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gowerr Kern saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 44 minutes into the game, Aberystwyth's Maxen Bethel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gowerr Kern made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Rhys Doyle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gowerr Kern having to interfere.

The wind increased when Maxen Bethel made the kick off in the second half. Gowerr Kern made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rhys Doyle in the 64th minute. Pedr Bender fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Davis Blackadder having to interfere. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 68th minute of the game. One of Aberystwyth:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Porthcawl FC:s goal. After some careless play in the Aberystwyth defense, Huw Bligh kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Davis Blackadder. The Aberystwyth fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Davis Blackadder should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Aberystwyth booed when Porthcawl FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedr Bender didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Maxen Bethel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aberystwyth's supporters rose to their feet, but Maxen Bethel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gowerr Kern breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 80 played minutes Porthcawl FC got a freekick which was hit by Pedr Bender. Romney Cox kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. In the 86th match minute, Aberystwyth was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yestin Dempsey to maneuver through the defense. Rhys Doyle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gowerr Kern having to interfere.
