Drudwas Feeny fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clud Wainwright having to interfere. A collision led to Abergele Utd getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Gwyddno Bradley hit a great ball. Iau Keene sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. UWA Swansea's Robat Aykroyd played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bogart Clark in the 24th minute of play. If Drudwas Feeny had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 30th match minute, Abergele Utd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dagonet Farley to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Abergele Utd's zone, Drudwas Feeny stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Clud Wainwright came out of the goal and Drudwas Feeny tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Iau Keene recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Iau Keene managed to get in a good position for a shot. UWA Swansea's supporters rose to their feet, but Iau Keene was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Clud Wainwright breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Abergele Utd's goalkeeper Clud Wainwright, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Drudwas Feenys short, quick shot in the 47thth minute got Clud Wainwright to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Iau Keene to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Iau Keene cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Clud Wainwright was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gorsedd Folk struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Robat Aykroyd didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Abergele Utd. In the 58th match minute, Abergele Utd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bogart Clark to maneuver through the defense. If Iau Keene had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Robat Aykroyd made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gorsedd Folk in the 67th minute of play. When UWA Swansea's Iau Keene in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Kenyon Bishop charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kenyon Bishop the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Clud Wainwright showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iau Keene, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. After having played for 84 minutes, Bogart Clark managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Abergele Utd's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bogart Clark was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Robat Aykroyd took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gorsedd Folk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Abergele Utd's Clud Wainwright played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iau Keene in the 93rd minute of play. When Drew Heanaghan fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored UWA Swansea's protests and gave Drew Heanaghan a yellow card for diving instead. After 94 played minutes UWA Swansea got a freekick which was hit by Drew Heanaghan. In the 96th minute, Gorsedd Folk fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Robat Aykroyd, passed just outside the right post. UWA Swansea's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
