The audience thought a goal was coming when Tarrant Haran got free with Cairn Hassett in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Penn Bullock shot from long distance in the 17th minute, but Cairn Hassett was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. In the 19th minute Myrddin Frost shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cairn Hassett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tarrant Haran struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Cairn Hassett didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for UWA Flint. In the 37thth minute of the game Blathaon Futter who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bridgend FC's Cairn Hassett was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Price Armstrong during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 38 played minutes Bridgend FC got a freekick which was hit by Price Armstrong. With his leg Cairn Hassett managed to avoid a goal in the 39thth minute, when UWA Flint's Tarrant Haran fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Cairn Hassett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Myrddin Frost in the 44th minute of play. When Bridgend FC's Baddon Glazier in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye UWA Flint's goalie prevented a goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Myrddin Frost to strike the kick off in the second half. After 57 minutes, Garnock Collier mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bridgend FC and the UWA Flint players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 58 played minutes, UWA Flint's Penn Bullock shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Cairn Hassett came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in UWA Flint reached it. Bridgend FC's Cairn Hassett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Myrddin Frost in the 60th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tarrant Haran in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cairn Hassett saved Bridgend FC from getting behind. In the 64th minute, Baddon Glazier got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cairn Hassett stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tarrant Haran's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. In the 68thth minute of the game Tarrant Haran who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bridgend FC's Cairn Hassett was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cairn Hassett showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Myrddin Frost, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. In the 79th minute, Garnock Collier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Myrddin Frost struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Cairn Hassett didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for UWA Flint. Tarrant Haran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Myrddin Frost came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the UWA Flint fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Myrddin Frost couldn't finish the play. After 90 played minutes UWA Flint got a freekick which was hit by Pedr Whitesmith. Tarrant Haran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Cairn Hassett tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
