Spectators: 6772 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1772, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Myrddin Frost got the match started through his kick off. In the 2nd minute, Blathaon Futter hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. UWA Flint's Bors Flesher played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Renfrew Dacre in the 4th minute of play. Mordwywr Gaoler kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. UWA Talgarth's Mabon Gay proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save UWA Talgarth from getting a goal against them. Pwyll Henn might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bors Flesher. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pwyll Henn ran back to his position shaking his head. After 16 played minutes UWA Talgarth got a freekick which was hit by Anwar Carver. Renfrew Dacre's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bors Flesher read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. The supporters of UWA Talgarth booed when UWA Flint was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedr Whitesmith didn't get a good kick on the ball. 23 minutes into the match, UWA Talgarth's Pwyll Henn sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bors Flesher narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Tarrant Haran managed to get in a good position for a shot. UWA Flint's supporters rose to their feet, but Tarrant Haran was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mabon Gay breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pwyll Henn struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Bors Flesher didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for UWA Talgarth. Bors Flesher took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Renfrew Dacre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Blathaon Futter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mabon Gay having to interfere. After having played for 47 minutes, Tarrant Haran managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. UWA Flint's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tarrant Haran was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Renfrew Dacre to make the kick off. When the match clock showed 56 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Tarrant Haran sped through UWA Talgarth's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Mabon Gay. After having played for 66 minutes, Tarrant Haran managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. UWA Flint's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tarrant Haran was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tarrant Haran recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pwyll Henn could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Bors Flesher made a huge save. If Myrddin Frost had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tarrant Haran recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 90 minutes into the game, UWA Flint's Tarrant Haran nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mabon Gay made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Renfrew Dacre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Bors Flesher tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the UWA Flint players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
