Spectators: 6780 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1780, VIP seats: 0) Llanberis FC's Rhett Lister started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Gwyglet Barnes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pwyll Henn, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. After 7 minutes of play, Llanberis FC's Cadwgawn Graham made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mabon Gay was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cadwgawn Graham who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 11thth minute tested the skills of Mabon Gay when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With his leg Mabon Gay managed to avoid a goal in the 13thth minute, when Llanberis FC's Rhett Lister fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a defensive mix-up in UWA Talgarth's zone, Cadwgawn Graham stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mabon Gay came out of the goal and Cadwgawn Graham tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mabon Gay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rhett Lister, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Renfrew Dacre in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gwyglet Barnes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 21 minutes into the match, UWA Talgarth's Pwyll Henn sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gwyglet Barnes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 24thth minute of the game Pwyll Henn who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Llanberis FC's Gwyglet Barnes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, UWA Talgarth's Mabon Gay got control of the ball when Cadwgawn Graham tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Renfrew Dacre came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the UWA Talgarth fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Renfrew Dacre couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, UWA Talgarth's Mordwywr Gaoler got a free kick in the 31st minute. UWA Talgarth's Prys Ingram got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rhett Lister recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cadwgawn Graham in the 38thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mabon Gay, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Gwyglet Barnes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Renfrew Dacre in the 44th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

52 minutes into the game, Iona Armitage was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Llanberis FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave UWA Talgarth the free kick. After a rather tough play, Llanberis FC's Iona Armitage got a free kick in the 52nd minute. If Renfrew Dacre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rhett Lister in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mabon Gay prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rhett Lister in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mabon Gay saved UWA Talgarth from getting behind. In the 74th minute, Macsen Keyes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pwyll Henn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pwyll Henn received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Gwyglet Barnes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 89 minutes into the match, UWA Talgarth's goal looked a bit too open when Rhett Lister came free, but Mabon Gay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mabon Gay stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cadwgawn Graham's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. If Rhett Lister had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 97 minutes into the match, UWA Talgarth's goal looked a bit too open when Colwyn Spurrer came free, but Mabon Gay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the UWA Talgarth players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Llanberis FC.
