The audience thought a goal was coming when Pwyll Henn got free with Gwalchmei Burdick in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Wren Fielding scored 0-1 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mabon Gay, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of UWA Baglan booed when UWA Talgarth was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pwyll Henn didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 24th match minute, UWA Talgarth was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mordwywr Gaoler to maneuver through the defense. Vaughn Gilliland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 30th minute, Wren Fielding left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The UWA Baglan fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Vaughn Gilliland managed to get in a good position for a shot. UWA Baglan's supporters rose to their feet, but Vaughn Gilliland was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mabon Gay breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to UWA Baglan getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Pasgen Farran hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Renfrew Dacre in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gwalchmei Burdick prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 46 minutes, Pwyll Henn managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. UWA Talgarth's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pwyll Henn was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

53 minutes into the match, UWA Talgarth's goal looked a bit too open when Vaughn Gilliland came free, but Mabon Gay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wren Fielding received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Mabon Gay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. UWA Talgarth's Mabon Gay proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save UWA Talgarth from getting a goal against them. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 63rd minute of the game. One of UWA Baglan:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of UWA Talgarth:s goal. Anwar Carver shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. UWA Talgarth's Mabon Gay proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save UWA Talgarth from getting a goal against them. Vaughn Gilliland recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 75 minutes into the match, UWA Talgarth's goal looked a bit too open when Vaughn Gilliland came free, but Mabon Gay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sulyen Cooper kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Renfrew Dacre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 84 minutes into the game, Cant Love was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. UWA Baglan's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave UWA Talgarth the free kick. Cant Love hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Wren Fielding could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Mabon Gay made a huge save. Mabon Gay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vaughn Gilliland in the 96th minute of play. UWA Baglan's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
