Spectators: 6777 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1777, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Iolo Hind took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 7 minutes, Alwyn Crocker mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Montgomery Utd and the UWA Bangor players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Montgomery Utd getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Alwyn Crocker hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kynlas Follet in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Drwst Gabriel saved UWA Bangor from getting behind. Gwallawg Case fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gwallter Puddler having to interfere. Nynnyaw Hanauer might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Drwst Gabriel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nynnyaw Hanauer ran back to his position shaking his head. If Kynlas Follet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 26 minutes into the match, Montgomery Utd's goal looked a bit too open when Iolo Hind came free, but Gwallter Puddler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Montgomery Utd's Alwyn Crocker got his second yellow card of the match in the 30th minute. The referee ordered Alwyn Crocker off the ground. After 31 played minutes Montgomery Utd got a freekick which was hit by Alwyn Crocker. 33 minutes into the game, Iolo Hind cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Gwallter Puddler was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 36 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Montgomery Utd! In the 41st minute, Gwallawg Case got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Drwst Gabriel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Renfrew Canning in the 45th minute of play. Powell Carrey kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nynnyaw Hanauer was the one to do the kick off. Gwallter Puddler came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by UWA Bangor's Gwallawg Case. But to his dismay, Gwallawg Case quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Gwallawg Case recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Iolo Hind sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Powell Collier hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Gwallawg Case took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gwallter Puddler. Gwallter Puddler dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Drwst Gabriel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nynnyaw Hanauer in the 72nd minute of play. Powell Collier blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Drwst Gabriel having to make a save. If Powell Collier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Nynnyaw Hanauer came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Montgomery Utd fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nynnyaw Hanauer couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Powell Collier managed to get in a good position for a shot. Montgomery Utd's supporters rose to their feet, but Powell Collier was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Drwst Gabriel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Montgomery Utd booed when UWA Bangor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ithel Hockensmith didn't get a good kick on the ball. Iolo Hind fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gwallter Puddler having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Montgomery Utd's Renfrew Canning got a free kick in the 95th minute. The UWA Bangor supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing UWA Bangor would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
