Spectators: 6777 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1777, VIP seats: 0) Gwawl Findley started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Reese Cochrane showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bryn Hildreth in the 3rd minute of the match. When Iestyn Cosgrave fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Barry FC's protests and gave Iestyn Cosgrave a yellow card for diving instead. In the 4th match minute, Barry FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iestyn Cosgrave to maneuver through the defense. Moesen Beale hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. In the 9th minute of the match, Gwawl Findley tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gwern Flood saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After having played for 10 minutes, Kenyon Head managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barry FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kenyon Head was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Barry FC's Anyon Durham got a free kick in the 19th minute. UWA Cardigan were awarded a corner in the 22th minute after Barry FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Amren Vulcan took the corner. After taking down the ball on UWA Cardigan's corner Amren Vulcan fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Reese Cochrane quite easily take care of the ball. Moesen Beale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reese Cochrane having to interfere. Bryn Hildreth took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Reese Cochrane. Reese Cochrane dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If Moesen Beale had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Barry FC's zone, Moesen Beale stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Reese Cochrane came out of the goal and Moesen Beale tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 39th minute, Morvran Coolahan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 42ndth minute of the game Bryn Hildreth who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Barry FC's Reese Cochrane was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

When Bryn Hildreth came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the UWA Cardigan fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bryn Hildreth couldn't finish the play. If Gwawl Findley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rhain Atkin kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Barry FC's Ffowc Haugh got a free kick in the 72nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Bryn Hildreth managed to get in a good position for a shot. UWA Cardigan's supporters rose to their feet, but Bryn Hildreth was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Reese Cochrane breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Reese Cochrane was a little too slow when Moesen Beale got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 79th minute. The score was now 0-2. Moesen Beale's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Reese Cochrane read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. When UWA Cardigan's Moesen Beale in 91 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Reese Cochrane guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. If Gwawl Findley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
