The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bercelak Flanagan helped the player get up and apologised. Bercelak Flanagan kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. When Garym Hugh fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Llandysul's protests and gave Garym Hugh a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Llandysul getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Garym Hugh hit a great ball. Llandysul's Peredur Longshoreman got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 18th minute Llandysul were awarded a corner. Gwyneira Ashcroft went to the cornerflag to take it. After a rather tough play, Caerleon Utd's Gilbert Crosby got a free kick in the 19th minute. If Edern Gearan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 28 minutes into the match, Caerleon Utd's goal looked a bit too open when Cubert Covell came free, but Sinnoch Ashley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cubert Covell in the 30th minute of play forced Caerleon Utd's goalkeeper Sinnoch Ashley to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Peredur Longshoreman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Sinnoch Ashley tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Caerleon Utd's zone, Peredur Longshoreman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sinnoch Ashley came out of the goal and Peredur Longshoreman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Edern Denny made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edern Gearan in the 38th minute of play. 45 minutes into the match, Llandysul's goal looked a bit too open when Edern Gearan came free, but Edern Denny reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Llandysul's Cubert Covell got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The audience was convinced that Peredur Longshoreman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sinnoch Ashley was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. Cubert Covell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Sinnoch Ashley tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 63 minutes into the match, Caerleon Utd's goal looked a bit too open when Peredur Longshoreman came free, but Sinnoch Ashley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Peredur Longshoreman in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sinnoch Ashley prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 67 minutes into the match, Peredur Longshoreman dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Sinnoch Ashley, 1-1. After 72 played minutes Caerleon Utd got a freekick which was hit by Taliesin Holcombe. In the 74th minute, Gilbert Crosby hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 79th minute, Colwyn Gray hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cubert Covell in the 91stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Sinnoch Ashley, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Cynan Currier hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. In the 98th minute of the match Iago Convery shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Edern Denny showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
