Daned Kinch showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Trent Duckett in the 47th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

A collision led to Chepstow getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Siam Clifton hit a great ball. Ysberin Greener sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 58th minute Brastias Clerk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Garnock Allen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Govannon Button got free with Daned Kinch in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Chepstow 's Garnock Allen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ysberin Greener in the 67th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Chepstow 's zone, Ysberin Greener stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Garnock Allen came out of the goal and Ysberin Greener tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Brastias Clerk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ysberin Greener sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of Chepstow booed when Sir Ferguson was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lot Fairbrother didn't get a good kick on the ball. 80 minutes into the match, Sir Ferguson's goalkeeper Daned Kinch had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Govannon Button. The Sir Ferguson fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Daned Kinch should have stopped the shot. After having played for 89 minutes, Siam Clifton managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chepstow 's supporters crossed their fingers, but Siam Clifton was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Govannon Button had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 93 minutes into the match, Sir Ferguson's goal looked a bit too open when Trent Duckett came free, but Daned Kinch reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
