Spectators: 6789 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1789, VIP seats: 0) Knighton's Gwalchmei Covell started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute Drwst Luce shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mercher Jamison saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Brice Copp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Mercher Jamison tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Malvern Conlan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gwalchmei Covell went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 17th minute, Trent Cain hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 19th minute, Drwst Luce ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mercher Jamison was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 24th minute Drwst Luce shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mercher Jamison saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Drwst Luce fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mercher Jamison having to interfere. UWA Ely's Malvern Conlan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anyon Henry in the 27th minute of play. Brice Copp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mercher Jamison having to interfere. Brice Copp recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Knighton's Mercher Jamison played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Drwst Luce in the 34th minute of play. With a little luck, Knighton's Mercher Jamison got control of the ball when Brice Copp tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Brice Copp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Drwst Luce stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Mercher Jamison made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Drwst Luce in the 52nd minute of play. Anyon Henry succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-2 in the 55th playminute. Mercher Jamison showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Drwst Luce in the 60th minute of the match. After having played for 63 minutes, Drwst Luce managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. UWA Ely's supporters crossed their fingers, but Drwst Luce was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 65 minutes into the match, Knighton's Gwalchmei Covell sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Malvern Conlan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Brice Copp blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mercher Jamison having to make a save. 67 minutes into the game, Drwst Luce cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Mercher Jamison was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Anyon Henry came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Knighton fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anyon Henry couldn't finish the play. Teregud Carmack charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Teregud Carmack the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, UWA Ely's Teregud Carmack got a free kick in the 75th minute. Malvern Conlan came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Knighton's Anyon Henry. But to his dismay, Anyon Henry quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Knighton's Mercher Jamison played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Drwst Luce in the 80th minute of play. A collision led to Knighton getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Kynlas Evans hit a great ball. If Drwst Luce had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Brice Copp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Knighton's goalkeeper Mercher Jamison, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gwalchmei Covell's late challenge caught a UWA Ely's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gwalchmei Covell helped the player get up and apologised. After 90 played minutes Knighton got a freekick which was hit by Gwalchmei Covell. After having played for 93 minutes, Anyon Henry managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Knighton's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anyon Henry was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mercher Jamison showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brice Copp in the 95th minute of the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Knighton walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
