Spectators: 6792 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1792, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Cerwyn Hubbard started the match with the kick off. Ren Arendell kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Cerwyn Hubbard struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Greid Cockwell didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wrexham FC. Kent Atkinson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cynan Cullin in the 12th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cynan Cullin in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kent Atkinson saved Wrexham FC from getting behind. Dyvyr Kidder could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Kent Atkinson made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mabsant Howell in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Greid Cockwell prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 23rd minute, Huw Haymonger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Llangollen's Greid Cockwell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Penn Chandler in the 26th minute of play. A hard shot 32 in the game by Dyvyr Kidder from a close distance when the talented Kent Atkinson managed to make a qualified save. Wrexham FC's players were relieved. 36 minutes into the match, Llangollen's goal looked a bit too open when Cerwyn Hubbard came free, but Greid Cockwell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Greid Cockwell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mabsant Howell in the 38th minute of play. If Cynan Cullin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Huw Haymonger hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Llangollen's Kilydd Tapley got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Wrexham FC's Anynnawg Neatherder couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 44th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Llangollen. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Cynan Cullin made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Llangollen getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Gromer Durham hit a great ball. In the 53rd minute, Anynnawg Neatherder got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Llangollen's Greid Cockwell proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Llangollen from getting a goal against them. Dillan Cotterell's late challenge caught a Wrexham FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dillan Cotterell helped the player get up and apologised. In the 58th match minute, Llangollen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dillan Cotterell to maneuver through the defense. Dyvyr Kidder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mabsant Howell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dyvyr Kidder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kent Atkinson having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Wrexham FC's Cerwyn Hubbard slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Greid Cockwell. That made the score 1-1 after 78 minutes of play. After having played for 81 minutes, Cerwyn Hubbard managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wrexham FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cerwyn Hubbard was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Dyvyr Kidder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
