Conwy Andrew fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dewey Lynn having to interfere. In the 16th minute, Iolo Henley fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Dewey Lynn, passed just outside the right post. In the 18th minute, Treorchy's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Conwy Andrew fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The audience was convinced that Urien Burgonmaster's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arthur Boggs was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. 26 minutes into the game, Urien Burgonmaster cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Arthur Boggs was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 30th minute, Treorchy's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Conwy Andrew fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Iolo Henley recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Iolo Henley who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 38thth minute tested the skills of Dewey Lynn when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Urien Burgonmaster sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Conwy Andrew received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Dewey Lynn came out and tried to block the shot, but Conwy Andrew slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 47th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Conwy Andrew stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The attack was good, but when Conwy Andrew in the 58th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Nodens Dutton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nodens Dutton did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-2 to the left of a surprised Arthur Boggs 63 minutes into the match. Urien Burgonmaster struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Arthur Boggs didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Treorchy. The supporters of Treorchy booed when Beaumaris Utd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Penn Bunch didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gwevyl Peruker was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 69th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 74 minutes into the match, Conwy Andrew notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Treorchy's Dewey Lynn. Dewey Lynn was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience was convinced that Iolo Henley's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dewey Lynn was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. 88 minutes into the match, Beaumaris Utd's Iolo Henley sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dewey Lynn narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dewey Lynn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Conwy Andrew, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With an all-out effort, Treorchy's Arthur Boggs threw himself towards the right post 95 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Urien Burgonmaster, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Treorchy's Dewey Lynn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Neued Bilton in the 97th minute of play. Beaumaris Utd were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
