The supporters of Llandysul booed when MagnaFlow Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Heddwyn Hooper didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tarrant Henley made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gleis Lloyd in the 19th minute of play. Digon Donovan came out of the goal and Mostyn Bullock tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 39th minute Beli Brazier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tarrant Henley saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tarrant Henley took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gleis Lloyd, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cas Hartcliff to strike the kick off in the second half. MagnaFlow Team's Tarrant Henley proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save MagnaFlow Team from getting a goal against them. 91 minutes into the match, MagnaFlow Team's goal looked a bit too open when Beli Brazier came free, but Tarrant Henley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match was over Llandysul could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than MagnaFlow Team throughout the match.
