Brys Lindleys short, quick shot in the 11thth minute got Evan Conyers to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 14th minute, Brys Lindley fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Evan Conyers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nerth Chase, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Merlin Carrey might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Melkin Dunn. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Merlin Carrey ran back to his position shaking his head. When Brys Lindley came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the UWA Beaumaris fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Brys Lindley couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Brys Lindley got free with Evan Conyers in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 32nd minute, Lleu Davies left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Suryoyo FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. If Nerth Chase had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cadeyrn Ing during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Merlin Carrey was the one to do the kick off. Baddon Faber hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. 55 minutes into the match, Suryoyo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nerth Chase came free, but Evan Conyers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Brys Lindley sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Evan Conyers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brys Lindley in the 65th minute of play. 68 minutes into the match, Suryoyo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nerth Chase came free, but Evan Conyers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Melkin Dunn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Merlin Carrey in the 72nd minute of play. In the 74th match minute, Suryoyo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Caerwyn Chesney to maneuver through the defense. Penvro Farthing, 75 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Nerth Chase fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evan Conyers having to interfere. The supporters of UWA Beaumaris booed when Suryoyo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edmyg Coffee didn't get a good kick on the ball. 80 minutes into the match, Nerth Chase had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Evan Conyers. Suryoyo FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nerth Chase was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. In the 85th play minute Lleu Davies came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Melkin Dunn. 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nerth Chase in the 92nd minute of play forced Suryoyo FC's goalkeeper Evan Conyers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Merlin Carrey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Melkin Dunn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
