Jestin Kimball's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 8thth minute, Maddock Gough skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When Jestin Kimball came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the UWA Beaumaris fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jestin Kimball couldn't finish the play. Melkin Dunn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teregud Langworthy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Siam Dowthwaite hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Cas Augustin lost his temper 20 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Jestin Kimball recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Brys Lindley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Maddock Gough tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 29 minutes into the game, Fercos Chaney was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. UWA Flint's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave UWA Beaumaris the free kick. Jestin Kimball fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maddock Gough having to interfere. 35 minutes into the match, UWA Beaumaris's goal looked a bit too open when Teregud Langworthy came free, but Melkin Dunn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 38th minute, Brys Lindley got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Brys Lindley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Maddock Gough tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

After a defensive mix-up in UWA Flint's zone, Jestin Kimball stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maddock Gough came out of the goal and Jestin Kimball tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Maddock Gough made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brys Lindley in the 58th minute of play. If Teregud Langworthy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. UWA Flint's Fercos Chaney got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. UWA Flint's Maddock Gough played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brys Lindley in the 74th minute of play. 78 minutes into the match, UWA Flint's goal looked a bit too open when Jestin Kimball came free, but Maddock Gough reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jestin Kimball received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Maddock Gough tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 89th minute, Brys Lindley left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The UWA Beaumaris fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. With his leg Melkin Dunn managed to avoid a goal in the 94thth minute, when UWA Flint's Teregud Langworthy fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. UWA Beaumaris had won after a very even match.
