Gobrwy Buckman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anir Armstrong in the 4th minute. The supporters of UWA Llandysul booed when Skewen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gwalhaved Hand didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cadwaladr Currier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Gobrwy Buckman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gobrwy Buckman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cadwaladr Currier in the 9th minute of the match. If Drystan Finnegan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gruffen Ashley hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. The supporters of Skewen booed when UWA Llandysul was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gruffen Ashley didn't get a good kick on the ball. Baudwin Canada kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 25 minutes into the game, when Padrig Tinker put in a rough tackle. In the 27th minute there was a penalty for Skewen. Baudwin Canada stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ifor Carman. 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gwern Hosford in the 33rd minute of play forced Skewen's goalkeeper Gobrwy Buckman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Powell Lamb took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ifor Carman. Ifor Carman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 44th match minute, UWA Llandysul was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gwern Hosford to maneuver through the defense. 45 minutes into the match, UWA Llandysul's goal looked a bit too open when Powell Lamb came free, but Ifor Carman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Anir Armstrong to make the kick off. In the 62nd minute, Anir Armstrong left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The UWA Llandysul fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Berth Kirby during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 67 played minutes Skewen got a freekick which was hit by Berth Kirby. 68 minutes into the game, one of Skewen:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Gruffen Ashley placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Anir Armstrong managed to get in a good position for a shot. UWA Llandysul's supporters rose to their feet, but Anir Armstrong was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gobrwy Buckman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Drystan Finnegan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ifor Carman having to interfere. If Drystan Finnegan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 92nd minute Powell Lamb shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ifor Carman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ifor Carman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Powell Lamb in the 94th minute of the match. 98 minutes into the match, UWA Llandysul's goal looked a bit too open when Powell Lamb came free, but Ifor Carman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Skewen walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
