Spectators: 6772 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1772, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Blathaon Gillman kicked off to start the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cant Finan got free with Heulyn Brigham in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 14th minute Blathaon Gillman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Parry Cottle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Prestatyn Utd getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Gwyddawg Ingram hit a great ball. Parry Cottle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hydd Berry, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Blathaon Gillman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Parry Cottle was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. Parry Cottle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andreas Darwin in the 24th minute of the match. Parry Cottle came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Llandudno's Blathaon Gillman. But to his dismay, Blathaon Gillman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Blathaon Gillman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Parry Cottle having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hydd Berry in the 33rd minute of play forced Prestatyn Utd's goalkeeper Parry Cottle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Prestatyn Utd's Parry Cottle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andreas Darwin in the 34th minute of play. If Arawn Giggs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. Heulyn Brigham made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 46th minute, Cant Finan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arawn Giggs made a kick off. Heulyn Brigham made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arawn Giggs in the 52nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Blathaon Gillman got free with Parry Cottle in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gwyddawg Ingram received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Heulyn Brigham tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 61st minute, Pelles Gerdes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Gawain Heany fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Prestatyn Utd's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cant Finan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Prestatyn Utd booed when Llandudno was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hydd Berry didn't get a good kick on the ball. 77 minutes into the game, Arawn Giggs was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Prestatyn Utd's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Llandudno the free kick. In the 84th match minute, Prestatyn Utd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tad Tasker to maneuver through the defense. When Blathaon Gillman came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Llandudno fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Blathaon Gillman couldn't finish the play. Parry Cottle was a little too slow when Blathaon Gillman got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 94th minute. The score was now 1-3. When the match was over Llandudno could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Prestatyn Utd throughout the match.
