Spectators: 6785 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1785, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Cynan Caine started the match with the kick off. Ifor Cain sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ifor Cain had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mael Findley hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. In the 11th minute of the match Conwy Ball sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Neb Day skillfully saved the ball. When Kynwal Durling came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the UWA Newtown fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kynwal Durling couldn't finish the play. A collision led to UWA Newtown getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Nerth Cain hit a great ball. UWA Llanberis's Ifor Cain got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Cynan Caine had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Neb Day showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rhun Cleary, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. UWA Llanberis's Neb Day played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gwyglet Snobscat in the 28th minute of play. In the 32nd minute Rhun Cleary shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Neb Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35th match minute, UWA Llanberis was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iau Ing to maneuver through the defense. After 36 played minutes, UWA Newtown's Conwy Ball shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Neb Day came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in UWA Newtown reached it. Rhun Cleary received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Neb Day tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in UWA Llanberis's zone, Rhun Cleary stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Neb Day came out of the goal and Rhun Cleary tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rhun Cleary fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Neb Day having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rhun Cleary stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Gwyglet Snobscat got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 54 played minutes UWA Llanberis got a freekick which was hit by Tarrant Frisby. In the 56th minute, Rhun Cleary ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Neb Day was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After some careless play in the UWA Llanberis defense, Gwyglet Snobscat kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Neb Day. The UWA Llanberis fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Neb Day should have stopped the shot. 70 minutes into the game, Rhun Cleary recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Neb Day. Rhun Cleary showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. UWA Llanberis's Neb Day proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save UWA Llanberis from getting a goal against them. Neb Day made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gwyglet Snobscat in the 84th minute. UWA Newtown's Guinglain Herrington played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cynan Caine in the 87th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kynwal Durling in the 96th minute of play forced UWA Llanberis's goalkeeper Neb Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. UWA Newtown played a much better game than UWA Llanberis and deserved their victory. The UWA Llanberis players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
