Spectators: 6778 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1778, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Taliesin Wagoner made the kick off which started today's match. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bangor FC's goalkeeper Gorlois Earley, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bangor FC's Gorlois Earley played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Taliesin Wagoner in the 19th minute of play. Gorlois Earley came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by UWA Prestatyn's Gowerr Cranston. But to his dismay, Gowerr Cranston quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After having played for 25 minutes, Kian Brent managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bangor FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kian Brent was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Merlin Donnelly managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bangor FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Merlin Donnelly was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maelwys Kemple breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. UWA Prestatyn's Maelwys Kemple proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save UWA Prestatyn from getting a goal against them. In the 36thth minute of the game Kian Brent who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but UWA Prestatyn's Maelwys Kemple was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. UWA Prestatyn's Taliesin Wagoner got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Taliesin Wagoner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gorlois Earley having to interfere. After the first half UWA Prestatyn were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Kian Brent made the kick off in the second half. Maelwys Kemple took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kian Brent, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Merlin Donnelly received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Maelwys Kemple tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. UWA Prestatyn's Maelwys Kemple played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Merlin Donnelly in the 62nd minute of play. When the match clock showed 64 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Merlin Donnelly sped through UWA Prestatyn's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Maelwys Kemple. The supporters of Bangor FC booed when UWA Prestatyn was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Griflet Boyle didn't get a good kick on the ball. Merlin Donnelly struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Maelwys Kemple didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bangor FC. 78 minutes into the game, one of UWA Prestatyn:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. If Gowerr Cranston had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 88th minute, Kian Brent got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 91stth minute of the game Taliesin Wagoner who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bangor FC's Gorlois Earley was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 92 minutes into the game, Tudur Holcomb was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bangor FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave UWA Prestatyn the free kick. Tudur Holcomb hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Bangor FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of UWA Prestatyn for a fine match.
