Neb Day made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Dinadan Eaton struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Neb Day didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Brecon Corinthians. 44 minutes into the game, UWA Llanberis's Ifor Cain nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Angawdd Lockwood made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Neb Day showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mikolaj Cichowski in the 47th minute of the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cynan Caine to strike the kick off in the second half. Neb Day came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by Brecon Corinthians's Dinadan Eaton. Enrique Etxekopar came free in the 69th minute and tried to tip the ball over Neb Day, but to the joy of UWA Llanberis's supporters the ball went over. Dinadan Eaton hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in UWA Llanberis's zone, Mikolaj Cichowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Neb Day came out of the goal and Mikolaj Cichowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 84th match minute, UWA Llanberis was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Goreu Howell to maneuver through the defense. Neb Day showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mikolaj Cichowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. In the 87th minute of the match Brecon Corinthians got a corner. UWA Llanberis's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Dinadan Eaton ran over to the corner to take the kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Izydor Zdeb in the 96th minute of play forced UWA Llanberis's goalkeeper Neb Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There was no doubt that Brecon Corinthians were the better team. Brecon Corinthians's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
