Kian Brent started the match with the kick off. Bangor FC's Gorlois Earley played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ifor Cain in the 9th minute of play. 11 minutes into the game, Ifor Cain cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Gorlois Earley was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ifor Cain received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Gorlois Earley tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Merlin Donnelly sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tarrant Frisby during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Tarrant Frisby kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kian Brent in the 18th minute of play forced UWA Llanberis's goalkeeper Neb Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bangor FC's Tudur Holcomb got his second yellow card of the match in the 23rd minute. The referee ordered Tudur Holcomb off the ground. The supporters of UWA Llanberis booed when Bangor FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tudur Holcomb didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gorlois Earley showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ifor Cain in the 25th minute of the match. In the 26th minute, Ifor Cain left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The UWA Llanberis fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. UWA Llanberis's Tarrant Frisby got his second yellow card of the match in the 30th minute. The referee ordered Tarrant Frisby off the ground. The supporters of Bangor FC booed when UWA Llanberis was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tarrant Frisby didn't get a good kick on the ball. Merlin Donnelly fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Neb Day having to interfere. If Merlin Donnelly had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, UWA Llanberis's Lionel Bowles got a free kick in the 36th minute. Merlin Donnelly sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bangor FC's Merlin Donnelly got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the Bangor FC defense, Ifor Cain kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gorlois Earley. The Bangor FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gorlois Earley should have stopped the shot.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ifor Cain was the one to do the kick off. Cynbal Birdwell kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. In the 53rd minute Mael Findley shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gorlois Earley saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ifor Cain sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Merlin Donnelly sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Neb Day was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 80th minute, Ifor Cain got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Ifor Cain had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ifor Cain's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gorlois Earley read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in UWA Llanberis's zone, Merlin Donnelly stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Neb Day came out of the goal and Merlin Donnelly tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mael Findley kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. 92 minutes had been played when some careless play by UWA Llanberis's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Wmffre Felix was slow to take the kick. During this time Bangor FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Bangor FC's Wmffre Felix to fire away a dangerous shot which Neb Day despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The Bangor FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching UWA Llanberis's performance. The match ended with a win for UWA Llanberis.
