Seating: 1767, VIP seats: 153) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Seith Godwin kicked off to start the match. When Bangor FC's Rhyawdd Bowen in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Wales's goalie prevented a goal. Clyde Hildreth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rhyawdd Bowen, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Lludd Tinsmith's late challenge caught a Wales's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lludd Tinsmith helped the player get up and apologised. In the 12th minute, Lludd Tinsmith hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mawrth Lea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Seith Godwin in the 15th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Evrei Cleghorn managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wales's supporters rose to their feet, but Evrei Cleghorn was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mawrth Lea breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Seith Godwin in the 18th minute of play forced Bangor FC's goalkeeper Mawrth Lea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rhyawdd Bowen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Clyde Hildreth having to make a save. When Dyvyr Cock fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bangor FC's protests and gave Dyvyr Cock a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Wales booed when Bangor FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dyvyr Cock didn't get a good kick on the ball. 38 minutes into the match, Wales's goal looked a bit too open when Gwallawg Convery came free, but Clyde Hildreth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Evrei Cleghorn who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 41stth minute tested the skills of Mawrth Lea when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Bangor FC's Mawrth Lea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Seith Godwin in the 42nd minute of play. Gwallawg Convery received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Clyde Hildreth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gwallawg Convery to make the kick off. Wales's Clyde Hildreth tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 85 minutes into the match, Wales's Seith Godwin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mawrth Lea narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dyvyr Cock fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clyde Hildreth having to interfere. Rhyawdd Bowen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bangor FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
