Melkin Hurlburt's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Clyde Hildreth read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. Melkin Hurlburt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 11 minutes, Dillus Goldthorpe mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Wales and the Wrexham FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Wales getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Dillus Goldthorpe hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Siencyn Booth in the 18th minute of play forced Wales's goalkeeper Clyde Hildreth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Siencyn Booth hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the 23rd minute of the match Govan Cormack sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Clyde Hildreth skillfully saved the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Gwyglet Dell managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wales's supporters rose to their feet, but Gwyglet Dell was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cadeyrn Pattern breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Clyde Hildreth came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Wrexham FC's Melkin Hurlburt. But to his dismay, Melkin Hurlburt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Melkin Hurlburt might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Clyde Hildreth. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Melkin Hurlburt ran back to his position shaking his head. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Melkin Hurlburt to strike the kick off in the second half. Seith Godwin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cadeyrn Pattern having to interfere. When Wales's Gwyglet Dell in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Wrexham FC's goalie prevented a goal. After 60 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Wrexham FC! When Melkin Hurlburt came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Wrexham FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Melkin Hurlburt couldn't finish the play. Clyde Hildreth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Melkin Hurlburt in the 67th minute of the match. Wrexham FC's Siencyn Booth got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Siencyn Booth could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Clyde Hildreth made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Melkin Hurlburt in the 77th minute of play forced Wales's goalkeeper Clyde Hildreth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Siencyn Booth in the 80thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Clyde Hildreth, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Clyde Hildreth came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Wrexham FC's Siencyn Booth. But to his dismay, Siencyn Booth quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. With a little luck, Wales's Clyde Hildreth got control of the ball when Siencyn Booth tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Wales's goalkeeper Clyde Hildreth, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Seith Godwin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cadeyrn Pattern having to interfere. If Gwyglet Dell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 96th minute, Cadellin Dowdall hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Sion Keaty fell near the penalty area in the 100th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Wales's protests and gave Sion Keaty a yellow card for diving instead. After 100 played minutes Wales got a freekick which was hit by Sion Keaty. The Wales fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Wrexham FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
