When Sion Keaty fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Wales's protests and gave Sion Keaty a yellow card for diving instead. 73 minutes into the game, 狄克霖 was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Rhyl Youth's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Wales the free kick. After 73 played minutes FC Rhyl Youth got a freekick which was hit by 狄克霖. In the 74th minute, 狄克霖 made a precise shot to the right of Clyde Hildreth. Wales's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Berwyn Lynn made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Seith Godwin sent off a good shot on target. When 狄克霖 came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the FC Rhyl Youth fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 狄克霖 couldn't finish the play. Clyde Hildreth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 狄克霖 in the 85th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Lloyd Erwin managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Rhyl Youth's supporters rose to their feet, but Lloyd Erwin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Clyde Hildreth breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If 狄克霖 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. FC Rhyl Youth had played much better football throughout.
