After 24 played minutes Wales got a freekick which was hit by Sior Jagger. 27 minutes into the match, Selyf Gilroy notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Wales's Clyde Hildreth. Clyde Hildreth was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Teithi Snob hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. In the 33rd minute Gwyglet Dell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edmyg Rush saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Seith Godwin might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edmyg Rush. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Seith Godwin ran back to his position shaking his head. If Accalon Canning had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Accalon Canning to strike the kick off in the second half. Accalon Canning charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Accalon Canning the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Kynlas Harland kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Braen Barrington charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Edmyg Rush showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gwyglet Dell in the 64th minute of the match. Seith Godwin took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edmyg Rush. Edmyg Rush dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. If Selyf Gilroy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Selyf Gilroy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Braen Barrington in the 84th minute of play forced Wales's goalkeeper Clyde Hildreth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teithi Snob charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Teithi Snob the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Sion Keaty hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. With his leg Clyde Hildreth managed to avoid a goal in the 93rdth minute, when UWA Maesteg's Selyf Gilroy fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Braen Barrington was shown his second yellow card after 95 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 95th minute, Braen Barrington hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 97th minute, Seith Godwin made a precise shot to the right of Edmyg Rush. UWA Maesteg's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. When the referee blew the final whistle, Wales could leave the field as winners, despite UWA Maesteg having more of the ball for most of the match.
