In the 2nd match minute, Soylent Greens was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brice Gannon to maneuver through the defense. UWA Maesteg's Accalon Canning got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Iau Coe blasted a shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edmyg Rush having to make a save. In the 9th minute, UWA Maesteg's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Iau Coe fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Iau Coe scored 1-0 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Edmyg Rush, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Druce Finns short, quick shot in the 15thth minute got Edmyg Rush to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Druce Finn's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 15thth minute, Edmyg Rush skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When Braen Barrington fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored UWA Maesteg's protests and gave Braen Barrington a yellow card for diving instead. Braen Barrington kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the match, UWA Maesteg's goalkeeper Edmyg Rush had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Druce Finn. Druce Finn recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Druce Finn got free in front of the goal in the 25th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Edmyg Rush was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Ove Forsell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Edmyg Rush tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match clock showed 30 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Druce Finn sped through UWA Maesteg's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Edmyg Rush. During the 33rd minute of the match Teithi Snob completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Teithi Snob a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 33rd minute, Teithi Snob hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 40th minute, Druce Finn made a precise shot to the right of Edmyg Rush. UWA Maesteg's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Elphin Charlton struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Edmyg Rush didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Soylent Greens. Druce Finn's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 47thth minute, Edmyg Rush skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

After some careless play in the UWA Maesteg defense, Druce Finn kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edmyg Rush. The UWA Maesteg fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edmyg Rush should have stopped the shot. In the 62nd minute, Ove Forsell got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Accalon Canning fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rhodri Correll having to interfere. Iau Coe might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edmyg Rush. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Iau Coe ran back to his position shaking his head. When the match clock showed 68 minutes, the score became 6-0 when Druce Finn sped through UWA Maesteg's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Edmyg Rush. In the 73rd minute, Tarrant Giggs hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Druce Finn in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edmyg Rush prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Edmyg Rush made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iau Coe in the 76th minute of play. Edmyg Rush showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Druce Finn in the 79th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 83 minutes, the score became 7-0 when Druce Finn sped through UWA Maesteg's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Edmyg Rush. The Soylent Greens fans' excitement grew in the 87th match minute when Soylent Greens's Druce Finn looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 8-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 89th minute, Selyf Gilroy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Soylent Greens's Ove Forsell in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye UWA Maesteg's goalie prevented a goal. If Druce Finn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
