The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ove Forsell in the 4th minute of play forced Wales's goalkeeper Clyde Hildreth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 5th minute, Andras Colporteur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 6th match minute, Wales was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Seith Godwin to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 8 minutes, Brys Joynes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Soylent Greens's supporters crossed their fingers, but Brys Joynes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Druce Finn might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Clyde Hildreth. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Druce Finn ran back to his position shaking his head. If Druce Finn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 12 minutes into the match, Druce Finn had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Clyde Hildreth. Wales's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Druce Finn was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After a rather tough play, Soylent Greens's Ove Forsell got a free kick in the 15th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sior Jagger during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Wales getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Sior Jagger hit a great ball. Sior Jagger kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Druce Finn struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Clyde Hildreth didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Soylent Greens. Elphin Charlton struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Soylent Greens's supporters rose to their feet, but Iau Coe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Clyde Hildreth breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Druce Finn received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Clyde Hildreth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 33rdth minute of the game Druce Finn who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Wales's Clyde Hildreth was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Druce Finn's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Clyde Hildreth was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. After having played for 38 minutes, Brys Joynes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Soylent Greens's supporters crossed their fingers, but Brys Joynes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Druce Finn in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Clyde Hildreth saved Wales from getting behind. In the 41st minute, Brys Joynes made a precise shot to the right of Clyde Hildreth. Wales's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gwyglet Dell to strike the kick off in the second half. If Iau Coe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. During the 54th minute of the match Sior Jagger completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Sior Jagger a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to Wales getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Sior Jagger hit a great ball. With a little luck, Wales's Clyde Hildreth got control of the ball when Druce Finn tried to sneak it across the goal line. Druce Finn struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Clyde Hildreth didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Soylent Greens. Iau Coe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Druce Finn recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 65 minutes into the match, Soylent Greens's goal looked a bit too open when Seith Godwin came free, but Rhodri Correll reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Iau Coe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Seith Godwin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rhodri Correll having to interfere. In the 71st minute, Druce Finn made a precise shot to the right of Clyde Hildreth. Wales's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. 83 minutes into the match, Soylent Greens's Iau Coe sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Clyde Hildreth narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A hard shot 85 in the game by Druce Finn from a close distance when the talented Clyde Hildreth managed to make a qualified save. Wales's players were relieved. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sion Keaty during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 87th minute, Druce Finn reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Clyde Hildreth. The goal made the score 0-5. If Iau Coe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Soylent Greens played a much better game than Wales and deserved their victory. The Wales players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
