An unexpectedly hard shot by Bradwr Catton in the 15th minute of play forced UWA Aberystwyth's goalkeeper Aeddan Lavender to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Chepstow 's Eudav Keller got control of the ball when Nerth Connolly tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eudav Keller made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Drystan Barton in the 27th minute of play. Drystan Barton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Eudav Keller showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Drystan Barton in the 42nd minute of the match. If Nerth Connolly had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Drystan Barton succeeded in the game's 45th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 56th minute, Kevyn Foody hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aeddan Lavender made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bradwr Catton in the 58th minute of play. Aeddan Lavender showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bradwr Catton in the 63rd minute of the match. Eudav Keller came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by UWA Aberystwyth's Nerth Connolly. But to his dismay, Nerth Connolly quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edern Kempster during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of UWA Aberystwyth booed when Chepstow was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position.
