Spectators: 8070 (Terracing: 6054, Seating: 1856, VIP seats: 160) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Price Glazier kicked off to start the match. When Gavin Harley fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mackem Magic Youth's protests and gave Gavin Harley a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Penarth FC's Gwevyl Garnett got a free kick in the 11th minute. In the 14th match minute, Penarth FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andras Campbell to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Cerwyn Hockensmith in the 15th minute really tested Andras Arnold's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Maxen Death fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gwalchmei Jagger having to interfere. Price Glazier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gwalchmei Jagger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andras Campbell in the 36th minute of the match. Penarth FC's Andras Arnold proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Penarth FC from getting a goal against them. In the 40th minute, Pedr Lister left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Penarth FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Mackem Magic Youth's Gavin Harley shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 44th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Andras Arnold but with some difficulty. Pedr Lister sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gavin Harley was shown his second yellow card after 47 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 48th minute, Gavin Harley hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jestin Gamble stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Wadu Lamphier charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wadu Lamphier the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Wadu Lamphier kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Jestin Gamble fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gwalchmei Jagger having to interfere. Gwalchmei Jagger made an important save on a dangerous shot by Maxen Death in the 59th minute. Cerwyn Hockensmith kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. 69 minutes into the game, Penarth FC's Maxen Death nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gwalchmei Jagger made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. 78 minutes into the match, Mackem Magic Youth's goalkeeper Gwalchmei Jagger had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maxen Death. Gwalchmei Jagger made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Maxen Death sent off a good shot on target. After 94 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Penarth FC! The Mackem Magic Youth fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Penarth FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
