Spectators: 7715 (Terracing: 5787, Seating: 1774, VIP seats: 154) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Price Glazier made the kick off which started today's match. 0-1 became the score in the 3rd minute when Price Glazier elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Wadu Lamphier's late challenge caught a Penarth FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wadu Lamphier helped the player get up and apologised. Jestin Gamble recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gwalchmei Jagger didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Penarth FC's Maxen Death shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-1 in the ordered_time% minute. Penarth FC's Andras Arnold played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anynnawg Glennon in the 15th minute of play. Gwalchmei Jagger was a little too slow when Maxen Death got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 20th minute. The score was now 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jestin Gamble in the 24th minute of play forced Mackem Magic Youth's goalkeeper Gwalchmei Jagger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 25 minutes into the match, Penarth FC's goal looked a bit too open when Anynnawg Glennon came free, but Andras Arnold reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 29th minute of the match Penarth FC got a corner. Mackem Magic Youth's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Kenn Bilton ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Penarth FC's Kenn Bilton to fire away a dangerous shot which Gwalchmei Jagger despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The attack was good, but when Maxen Death in the 29th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Mackem Magic Youth's Gwalchmei Jagger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jestin Gamble in the 33rd minute of play. Maxen Death received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Gwalchmei Jagger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Jestin Gamble came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Penarth FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jestin Gamble couldn't finish the play. Mackem Magic Youth's Price Glazier got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 45th minute Anynnawg Glennon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andras Arnold saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 47 minutes into the game, Mackem Magic Youth's Price Glazier nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Andras Arnold made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jestin Gamble made a kick off. If Anynnawg Glennon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Mackem Magic Youth's Price Glazier in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Penarth FC's goalie prevented a goal. Andras Arnold made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wadu Lamphier in the 59th minute. Maxen Death received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Gwalchmei Jagger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Price Glazier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andras Arnold having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Penarth FC's zone, Anynnawg Glennon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andras Arnold came out of the goal and Anynnawg Glennon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cerwyn Hockensmith was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 73rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Anynnawg Glennon struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Andras Arnold didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mackem Magic Youth. If Price Glazier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Price Glazier in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andras Arnold saved Penarth FC from getting behind. In the 80th match minute, Penarth FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andras Campbell to maneuver through the defense. Mackem Magic Youth's Cerwyn Hockensmith shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 81st minute of play. The shot was stopped by Andras Arnold but with some difficulty. If Price Glazier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andras Arnold showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Price Glazier, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. After a rather tough play, Penarth FC's Addolgar Factor got a free kick in the 87th minute. When Cerwyn Hockensmith came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Mackem Magic Youth fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cerwyn Hockensmith couldn't finish the play. In the 90th minute, Kynedyr Culpepper hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maxen Death received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Gwalchmei Jagger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
