Guinglain Clewly fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olwydd Coogan having to interfere. Greid Hamm stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fercos Foody's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. Olwydd Coogan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tremayne Inge in the 25th minute of the match. When Gwyddno Folk fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Caerleon Dragons Utd's protests and gave Gwyddno Folk a yellow card for diving instead. Gwyddno Folk kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the match, Guinglain Clewly had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Olwydd Coogan. Caerleon Dragons Utd's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Guinglain Clewly was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. If Fercos Foody had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 39th minute, Kian Cheriton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Tremayne Inge came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the UWA Haverfordwest fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tremayne Inge couldn't finish the play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Guinglain Clewly to strike the kick off in the second half. Olwydd Coogan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guinglain Clewly in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 74th minute, Guinglain Clewly fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Olwydd Coogan, passed just outside the right post. The supporters of UWA Haverfordwest booed when Caerleon Dragons Utd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gwyddno Folk didn't get a good kick on the ball. Greid Hamm went to the wrong direction when Digon Gooch was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Greid Hamm didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fercos Foody went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Davis Hockley kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. If Tremayne Inge had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
