Edmyg Burchett's late challenge caught a UWA Treorchy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edmyg Burchett helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, UWA Llanberis's Edmyg Burchett got a free kick in the 12th minute. Cant Bell struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Yale Lavelle didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for UWA Treorchy. In the 15th minute, Timotheus Frisby hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 20 played minutes UWA Treorchy got a freekick which was hit by Cynan Coffren. UWA Llanberis's Edmyg Burchett couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 21st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for UWA Treorchy. If Erbin Adams had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yale Lavelle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Siarl Carlton, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Siarl Carlton got free with Yale Lavelle in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 40th minute, Pawl Drummond hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Erbin Adams sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 47th minute, Arawn Flesher ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kynan Foster was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Siarl Carlton made the kick off in the second half. Erbin Adams recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, UWA Treorchy's Cynan Coffren got a free kick in the 56th minute. Arawn Flesher blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kynan Foster having to make a save. Kynan Foster showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arawn Flesher, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. In the 70th minute, Siarl Carlton got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in UWA Llanberis's zone, Timotheus Frisby stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yale Lavelle came out of the goal and Timotheus Frisby tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 72nd minute, Siarl Carlton got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 73rd match minute, UWA Llanberis was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bellieus Hansford to maneuver through the defense. 81 minutes into the match, UWA Llanberis's goal looked a bit too open when Siarl Carlton came free, but Yale Lavelle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 84 minutes into the match, UWA Llanberis's Erbin Adams sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kynan Foster narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in UWA Treorchy's zone, Bellieus Hansford stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kynan Foster came out of the goal and Bellieus Hansford tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arawn Flesher fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kynan Foster having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded UWA Llanberis left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than UWA Treorchy.
