Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Sel Duncan got the match started through his kick off. Chepstow FC's Alawn Sorter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Malvern Kain in the 3rd minute of play. 9 minutes into the match, Malvern Kain had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alawn Sorter. Chepstow FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Malvern Kain was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Gusg Kellogg made a great header on Chepstow FC's corner, it was just that Chepstow FC's Alawn Sorter managed to reach the ball for a save. Gruddyeu Dale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alawn Sorter having to interfere. In a very dangerous position, a player in Chepstow FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 18th minute. Penalty! Alawn Sorter went to the wrong direction when Gusg Kellogg was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Chepstow FC's goalkeeper Alawn Sorter, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 22 played minutes Chepstow FC got a freekick which was hit by Idris Keightley. The Chepstow FC fans' excitement grew in the 23rd match minute when Chepstow FC's Malvern Kain looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 26thth minute of the game Malvern Kain who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chepstow FC's Alawn Sorter was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Adwr Icemonger took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 28th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Alawn Sorter. Chepstow FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Alawn Sorter came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Chepstow FC's Malvern Kain. But to his dismay, Malvern Kain quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Chepstow FC's Menw Button proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Chepstow FC from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Greid Longhan kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Menw Button. That made the score 1-3 in the 33 minute of play. Alawn Sorter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Malvern Kain, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alawn Sorter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cairn Copeland in the 37th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Malvern Kain in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alawn Sorter prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Chepstow FC's Alawn Sorter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Malvern Kain in the 42nd minute of play. In the 43rd minute, Siencyn Joel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ieuan Clancy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alawn Sorter having to interfere. In the 48th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chepstow FC's goalkeeper Alawn Sorter, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Malvern Kain made a kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ieuan Clancy during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 55th minute, Lavaine Dexter hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Menw Button showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sel Duncan, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Greid Longhan charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Greid Longhan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Chepstow FC's Greid Longhan got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Malvern Kain struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Alawn Sorter didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chepstow FC. If Cairn Copeland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Siencyn Joel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 70th minute, Gwawl Ackerman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sel Duncan in the 75th minute of play forced Chepstow FC's goalkeeper Menw Button to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Malvern Kain fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alawn Sorter having to interfere. When Siencyn Joel came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Chepstow FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Siencyn Joel couldn't finish the play. If Greid Longhan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Idris Keightley fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chepstow FC's protests and gave Idris Keightley a yellow card for diving instead. 93 minutes into the match, Chepstow FC's Malvern Kain sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alawn Sorter narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 96 minutes into the match, Chepstow FC's goalkeeper Alawn Sorter had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cairn Copeland. Chepstow FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
