Iowerth Hinton's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Griffin Farrelly read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. 82 minutes into the match, Jones Dancy dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Adwr Brandon, 1-5. Chepstow Utd's Adwr Brandon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bedwyr Husbandman in the 85th minute of play. Bedwyr Lister's late challenge caught a Wrexham's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bedwyr Lister helped the player get up and apologised. Adwr Brandon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ifor Feltner, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Wrexham played a much better game than Chepstow Utd and deserved their victory. The Chepstow Utd players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
