Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Carnedyr Connery made the kick off which started today's match. Through an outstanding action, after 3 minutes, Griffin Farrelly successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 6th minute Gwyneira Chetwood shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gwydion Gain saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 9 minutes, Waljan Gilduff managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wrexham's supporters crossed their fingers, but Waljan Gilduff was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Carmarthen's Gwydion Gain played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Beven Kane in the 12th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, Wrexham's goalkeeper Griffin Farrelly had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gwydion Luce. Gwydion Luce could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Griffin Farrelly made a huge save. After 16 played minutes Wrexham got a freekick which was hit by Bedwyr Husbandman. Gwydion Gain made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bedwyr Husbandman in the 20th minute of play. Wrexham's Griffin Farrelly played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Colwyn Loody in the 21st minute of play. When Beven Kane came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Wrexham fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Beven Kane couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Penvro Beale managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wrexham's supporters rose to their feet, but Penvro Beale was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gwydion Gain breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Griffin Farrelly was out of position in the 31 minute of play, and Cadoc Muleskinner capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Cadoc Muleskinner really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. In the 34th minute, Carnedyr Connery hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gwydion Gain made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Beven Kane in the 35th minute of play. Cadoc Muleskinner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gwyneira Chetwood in the 38th minute of play forced Carmarthen's goalkeeper Gwydion Gain to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Carmarthen defense, Awstin Aykroyd kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gwydion Gain. The Carmarthen fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gwydion Gain should have stopped the shot. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
The wind increased when Awstin Aykroyd made the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Gwydion Luce ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Griffin Farrelly was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Beven Kane could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Gwydion Gain made a huge save. An unexpected shot in the 60th minute by Beven Kane got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Gwydion Gain was out of position in the 62 minute of play, and Bedwyr Husbandman capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Bedwyr Husbandman really showed his touch with that goal: 3-3. In the 67th minute, Wrexham's Bedwyr Husbandman ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gwydion Gain. Gwydion Gain yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-4. Griffin Farrelly took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gwydion Luce, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 74th minute, Wrexham's Awstin Aykroyd dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-5. In the 80th minute, Beven Kane made a precise shot to the right of Gwydion Gain. Carmarthen's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-6. 83 minutes into the match, Carnedyr Connery had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Griffin Farrelly. Wrexham's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carnedyr Connery was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-6. Griffin Farrelly didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gwydion Luce went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-6 was the resulting score. Gwydion Gain showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gwyneira Chetwood, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Griffin Farrelly made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Colwyn Loody in the 95th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Wrexham's Penvro Beale got a free kick in the 96th minute. Griffin Farrelly showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gwydion Luce in the 97th minute of the match. The Wrexham players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
