When Rhychdir Lax came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Chepstow Utd fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rhychdir Lax couldn't finish the play. Brice Birkbeck hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Bangor defense, Meical Keller kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Clust Farran. The Bangor fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Clust Farran should have stopped the shot. Clust Farran showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rhychdir Lax, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Bangor's zone, Rhychdir Lax stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Clust Farran came out of the goal and Rhychdir Lax tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gowerr Waterman made a kick off. In the 58th minute Rhychdir Lax shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clust Farran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Clust Farran stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rhychdir Lax's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. After having played for 69 minutes, Meical Keller managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chepstow Utd's supporters crossed their fingers, but Meical Keller was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Clust Farran made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Rhychdir Lax sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rhychdir Lax in the 75th minute of play forced Bangor's goalkeeper Clust Farran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bangor's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Rhychdir Lax 81 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-4. In the 87thth minute of the game Rhychdir Lax who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bangor's Clust Farran was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cadman Holloway's late challenge caught a Chepstow Utd's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cadman Holloway helped the player get up and apologised. In the 89th minute, Cadman Holloway hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 92ndth minute of the game Iowerth Hinton who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bangor's Clust Farran was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 95th minute, Bangor's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Meical Keller fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Clust Farran made an important save on a dangerous shot by Meical Keller in the 97th minute. 99 minutes into the match, Meical Keller had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Clust Farran. Bangor's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Meical Keller was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Chepstow Utd's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
